How the session flows
The therapist usually starts with the back and shoulders, then moves to the backs of the legs, turns you over for the front of the legs, arms and décolleté, and finishes at the neck and head. You are covered with a towel throughout and only the area being worked on is uncovered.
60 or 90 minutes?
60 minutes (550,000 VND) covers the full body at a comfortable pace. 90 minutes (800,000 VND) adds time for slower work on the back, legs and shoulders and lets the body fully settle. If you also want smoother skin, the Serena Renewal Body Ritual Package (1,250,000 VND) combines a 30-minute scrub or wrap with the same 90-minute Swedish massage.
Swedish or another style?
Choose Thai massage if you want stretching and a more active session without oil. Choose hot stone or Himalayan salt stone if you love warmth and want deeper muscle release.
