All three scrubs remove dead skin and leave you smoother, but they feel different. Coffee is grainy and invigorating, with a rich coffee scent. Sea salt gives the strongest exfoliation and suits rough skin on elbows, knees and heels. Coconut is the gentlest — the best choice for dry or sensitive skin.
How the scrub works
The therapist works the scrub over the body in circular movements, paying extra attention to rough areas. You then rinse off in the shower, and the skin is left clean and ready to absorb oil or moisturiser.
When to book a scrub
A scrub is ideal at the start of your trip, before a beach day, or before a massage so that oil absorbs into freshly exfoliated skin. Do not book a scrub on sunburned or broken skin; wait until it has healed.
