The booking labels are intentionally concise. If a particular shape, colour, finish or treatment step matters to you, send the preference before your appointment and ask Serena to confirm whether it belongs to the selected service.

Choose the 75-minute Luxury Nail Art Package when design is the main reason for the appointment. More detailed expectations are easier to discuss with a visual reference than with a broad phrase such as ‘something elegant’ or ‘Hoi An style.’

If gel is already on your nails, mention it before booking. Serena lists Soak-off Gel Removal as a separate 20-minute service, so failing to include removal can make the selected appointment too short for the complete plan.
